I am so curious how this diet went for you. I recently have begun watching lost, and have been curious if the 45 days of eating those foods would cause a healthier digestive track. So, if you are interested in commenting on the post from quite a few years ago, I would love to hear your thoughts. I am also curious how you cooked the food?
