Today is a fast day. A day to get my heart and mind right with the Lord. A time to really focus on His will and His leading. I need to allow Him to call the shots and I need Him during some serious times of temptation. The Lord needs to be contractor of these 45 days, if He's not the one building this diet, then I'm wasting my time!
Psalm 127:1
Unless the LORD builds the house,
They labor in vain who build it;

It's 3:03pm and it has been 15 hours since my last piece of Pie and my last can of Coke Zero. My wife just went shopping and the house if filled fresh fruit, vegetables, chicken and fish. And on the day after Easter, there are chocolate eggs and marshmallow peeps everywhere! And of course there is a fridge full of Easter leftovers.

Lost Diet Part 1 - Pre-Boarding Pre-Diet
March 27, 2009 - "Just Thinking"
Jorge Garcia plays the character of Hugo "Hurley" Reyes on the ABC Series, LOST.
LOST is the very complex story of a group of people whose plane crashed on a mysterious South Pacific Island. The island has polar bears and this smoke monster...oh never mind! Garcia is a rather hefty person and according to WeTalk.TV Garcia weighs in at 175 kgs, that's 385 pounds! That is exactly how much I weigh.
Hurley and a few survivors were stuck on the island for 108 days. But on the 45th day of their stay on the island, they come across a pantry of food. Food that you would find in your own pantry. Most of it processed, carbohydrate laden, calorie dense, nutritionally bad, FOOD!
So I was thinking - if I was on that mysterious South Pacific island for the first 45 days, with only native food to eat, and no outside source of food, such as fine Oceanic Air cuisine or airdrops from The Dharma Initiative, how much weight could I lose?
So let's find out!
